The upcoming Oneplus 8T will have 65W fast charger and Oneplus confirmed it. The company is advertising that you’ll be able to get “a day’s power in 15 minutes” using the new technology, and it specifically says a 15-minute charge will restore 58
of the battery’s power, with a full charge of the phone’s 4,500mAh battery taking just 39 minutes.
So faster charging means more heat. But Oneplus says the 8T has more heat dissipation and it has 12 temperature sensors.
But you will have to Oneplus's own warp charger to charge the device in 65W. It can only charge 27W with another chargers and the charger can full up other devices with 45W. But leaks suggest that the 8T will not have any wireless charging.
